life for womenbeing: Resume and Interview..

Assalamualaikum..

lame je cahaya tak singgah menconteng kat blog ni..kate love blogging so much! haha..actually cahaya busy bila da akhir2 sem ni..ada lagi 1 minggu kuliah and final exam.. oleh krna beberapa minggu je lagi cahaya bergelar student, cahaya nk jugakla berkongsi ape yg cahaya dapat dari progrm harni berkenaan dengan kerjaya,

so, seharian di fakulti menghabiskan sisa2 hari miggu ni, cahaya dapat belajar banyak tentang how to promote ourself in interview session and in resume, how to write resume, how to face the interview situation and many more..

for the 1st activities, trainer ask us to write the name, education, and special skills.. kat cni, cahaya dapat belajar dan get the idea utk tulis speacial skill. contohnya:

I am a good worker and I can be well communicate with others

I am capable of work over time

I am highly competant in doing pre and post contract work

I am able to work under pressure..

so, when we got the idea, we can write our resume well...hee

aktvt ke2, trainer suruh kitorang visualise diri masing2.. what our characteristics and our achievement..

we should promote our self the good characterics, or bad also can be state but perlu terangkan cara kite nk atasinya.. cz, sometimes, interviewer akan tnya jugak what is your weakness? conthnya the answer is : my weakness is i quite shy, but i will try to get closer to the people suround and improve myself..

next actvti, kamiperlu pilih colours yang kami paling suke. antara colours yg diberi pilihan ialah

Blue, Red, Orange, Purple, Green, Yellow

colour jgk byk mempengrhi kte dalam membuat sesuatu perkara, cthnya colors yg paling kite suke such as purple can make me feel luxury, calm, cool and etc. Red plak can make me feel confident and etc.

next actvt lg, kitrg perlu pilih salah sorg watak yang kita most adore.. can be anyone which is artist, politician, lecturers,parents or others.. tujuannya utk kite lebih motivated dan dapat lihat perjalan hidup people kte adore tu dr dlu sehingga dia success..

part paling best skali kitorg disuruh tulis satu nota pendek utk kekasih kita tentang how to propsed he/she to married me... adesh! macam2 la budak2 ni mengarut jiwang2 plak tu..haha...seronok..aktvti ni bukan saje2 je nk suke2..tp ade mksudnye, nota yg ditulis tu di bace dan kwn2 akan nilai same ade tercapai atau x niat sesorg itu melalui percakapan dia... hehe. kalau setakat cakap, i love u, will u married me? huh. sape nak..simple sgt.. betol ke dia nk kawen..maybe maen2 je..something like that la...

so, the last is cara tulis resume and cara interview.. kitorg dibahagikan kepda 3 group dan present bout the resume..kat situ cahaya dapat bnyak point to write the right resume... time interview plak, cahaya jgk dapat idea ape soalan biasa yg di tnya oleh interviewer.. cthnya:

1. Introduce yourself

2.what are your weakness?

3. who people u hard to get along with

3. why we should hire u?

-must be answered ur strength!

4. salary u expected?

-utk soalan ni, care jwb dia like: based on current situation, and iwas asked from my friends which is currently work, salary for the fresh graduate is in range 1800-2200.and i prefer rm2000 which we can negoiate.

5. any quetion?

-when they ask us any quetion? xblh ckp no. atleast tnya diorg what the benefit ur company provide to me if i was hired?
